ITSM / SOAR / Communications Connectors

ITSM, SOAR, and communications connectors enable AI agents to create and manage tickets, trigger incident response workflows, send notifications, and coordinate team communications. These connectors are the operational backbone of automated response, bridging security detections to human action through ticketing systems and messaging platforms.

Read and notification operations are generally LOW risk. Operations that create or modify tickets and incidents are MEDIUM risk. Operations that escalate incidents, modify on-call schedules, or trigger automated workflows carry HIGH risk.
